作文：Recently we have seen series of reports that involved poor-qualified food. For example, some milk powder contains Melamine which is harmful to us, especially to babies. In order not to be affected, we should bear some tips in mind.
It is not wise to buy any kind of food from illegal stands along streets. On the other hand ,we should get rid of the habit of nibbling between meals. Because many snacks are junk food. Such as chips, candies and ice cream. Finally, we should buy food of high quality or famous brand. Meanwhile, our government must make laws to guarantee food safety.
In a word, more attention must be paid to avoiding unsafe food. There are still many aspects for us to be conscious of to guarantee us a safe supply of food.
