I am very happy to know that you are coming to visit my city next Wednesday.Having kept in touch with each other by writing for years, I can’t wait to see you. However, I am sorry to tell you that I can’t meet you at the airport that day. My sister is seriously ill in hospital, so I have to take care of her there. But don’t worry. I’ve asked my best friend, Li Lei, to pick you up and take you to the hotel I’ve booked instead.
